Myth: workers are workers, not thinkers

in Everything the worker does, they show great skill, knowledge, common sense and an understanding of how the parts of the work place work together to produced the final products.  the work done by the hands or mind of those who do not own the work place and this can not exert their power is just as important, if not more important than the work of the supervisor or owner of the factory – without the simple workers, nothing would ever get done.

the workers are the thinking power in any factory and work place – they transform the directions, idea, instructions into actual products that can be of use to society.
